Refund policy

 Return Eligibility

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for organizing and paying for return shipping. The Salad Table Pty Ltd is not liable for return shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened nutrient containers, seeds, and growing cubes.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Returns Process

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, please:
    • Re-check your bank account.
    • Contact your credit card company or credit provider to check the status of your refund.
    • Contact your bank, as there might be delays due to processing times, weekends, or public holidays.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. For exchanges, please email us at denis@thesaladtable.com.au and send your item to: The Salad Table, 39 Iris Place, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110, Australia.

 

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if The Salad Table is not at fault.
  • For exchanged products, delivery times may vary based on location.
  • For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
